高级后端开发工程师（Java/Go双栈） Responsibilities 1、负责核心后端服务的设计、开发、优化与维护。 2、参与系统架构及技术方案设计，保障系统稳定性和可扩展性。 3、负责业务接口、服务模块及数据处理流程开发。 4、参与数据库设计、服务治理、性能优化和异常排查。 5、协同产品、前端、测试及运维团队推动需求落地。 6、推进研发规范、代码质量及AI辅助研发流程建设。 Requirements 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上后端研发经验。 2、精通Java，熟悉JVM、JUC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis-Plus及Dubbo。 3、熟练掌握Go，理解goroutine、channel、GC及并发机制，具备生产项目经验。 4、熟悉Gin、gRPC、Protobuf、go-zero或Kratos等Go技术框架。 5、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka或RabbitMQ等常用中间件。 6、熟悉微服务、数据库建模、接口设计、性能优化及系统治理。 7、能够独立承担核心模块开发，具备良好的沟通协作能力。 8必须熟练使用Claude Code、Cursor、Codex等AI编程工具进行日常研发。 加分项 熟悉JavaScript、TypeScript、Vue 3或React，具备前端开发能力。 有Java与Go技术栈迁移经验。 有AI Agent、RAG或大模型应用经验。 有高并发、分布式系统项目经验。 熟悉Docker、K8s及运维。
