Platform token
Remote199
R199 is the soul of the platform.
Remote jobs and safeguards state prices in USD; top-ups and on-chain settlement use R199 on Solana. For every token received for recharge, 50% is burned and 50% is kept so the community can keep running.
The more it is used, the clearer the loop becomes.
R199 is not decoration. It connects “remote work with real safeguards” to a verifiable settlement and burn path.
USD pricing
Posts, applications, memberships, and deposits are priced in USD — easy to read across borders.
R199 for settlement
Top-ups lock the payable amount at the live R199 rate; after Solana confirmation, your USD balance is credited.
50% burn
R199 received for top-up/exchange: 50% burned, 50% retained for operations and community.
The biggest risk in remote work is not finding a job — it is not getting paid.
So we did not start by stacking features. We built safeguards first. The four items below are live in the product — not slogans.
Company deposits, public and checkable
Employers can voluntarily freeze a deposit; amount and validity are printed on the job card image for anyone to see. The funds are locked on the platform, not “given” to it — if a dispute is upheld, they pay the seeker first.
Disputes have a process, not he-said-she-said
Both sides submit evidence in equal windows; a privacy-redacted summary goes to members for a vote; staff then set payout against evidence and votes; upheld amounts move from the deposit to the seeker’s wallet.
Commission escrow before the work starts
For referral-style collaboration, commission is frozen on the task at post time, locked after both sign, and released when milestones are met. Money rules are clear up front so arguments come later less often.
Contacts are not naked on public posts
Posts show numbered IDs; contacts stay hidden by default. To talk, start an application; contacts swap only after both agree. Two warning channels also help the community share pitfalls early.
Numbers update once a day. No polish.
Remote199 launched in August 2026 and is still young. We will not replace facts with a pretty story, so the real numbers sit here and refresh daily.
— new jobs
Hiring posts keep coming in — about — per day on average.
— posts
Every post is reviewed before it hits a channel; cards and IDs are generated by the platform.
— updates
Jobs sort by publish time — newest first; stale posts sink naturally.
— registered members
Four Telegram channels add up to thousands of subscribers and keep growing steadily.
Small and focused is a choice — not a ceiling.
Remote work is a niche that needs long polishing: real vs fake jobs, whether pay lands, how trust forms. General job boards rarely cover those well. Narrowing to remote lets us go deeper on every step.
Remote only — not every category
Jobs, talent, warnings, collaboration — all around remote. Unrelated flashy features stay out so each capability can be sharpened until it is actually useful.
Judgment criteria written in the open
How deposits freeze, when they refund, how disputes are decided, payout caps — all in Help. Public rules are the only fair starting point.
Charge what should be charged — nothing else
Search and subscriptions are monthly privileges; monthly and super members also get priority-response lanes at peak times. Posts are billed per item; deposits and commission holds are freezes, not spends — refunded when conditions are met. See membership levels; prices follow what the bot shows.
When something breaks, you can find a person
Feedback and disputes go straight into the bot; review and rulings are handled by humans — not a ticket system that never replies.
Jobs and talent are searched separately — they never mix.
Give keywords first, then pick a direction. Results sort by relevance and time; urgent and salary-stated posts rank higher. Usable info in four steps.
More specific is better — e.g. frontend, Java with salary, cross-border ops.
Tap “Search jobs” or “Search seekers” — two separate libraries, no cross-talk.
Title hits first; urgent and salary-stated rise; recent activity is preferred by default.
Paginate, open the original post, save a subscription, or start an application.
Search jobs
- Covers the full hiring library; urgent and salary-stated posts are easier to surface.
- Add
with salaryto filter posts that omit pay — less tapping one by one. - When keywords are broad, title hits weigh more to cut body false positives.
- Save recurring interests as subscriptions — new matches DM you later.
Search seekers
- Defaults to the @remote991 seeker library — built for finding people.
- Useful for HR, startups, and short-term remote fill-ins.
- Like someone? Apply; contacts swap only after they approve.
- Or use “Recommended talent” for a platform-curated shortlist.
Subscriptions
- Save keywords; matching new jobs DM you first.
- “Test my subscription” previews current hits before you keep them.
- Optional email alerts so you do not miss anything off Telegram.
- Add or drop keywords anytime; one line to unsubscribe.
From finding people to finishing the deal — the whole chain is here.
Most actions finish in one chat message; only complex flows open menus. Here is the full capability set today.
Search
Keyword search for jobs or seekers, salary filters and pagination; hiring and seeker libraries stay separate.
Subscribe
Save interests; new jobs auto-DM; optional email; adjust or stop anytime.
Publish
Paste copy to post a hiring or seeker listing; platform builds the card and anonymous ID; manage, update, or delete after.
Apply to connect
Apply on any post with a short note; contacts swap only after approval — less spam both ways.
Commission tasks
Referral collaboration with frozen deposit, mutual signing, milestone payout — status visible end to end.
Company deposits
Employers can post a deposit; amount and validity show on the job card to raise application confidence.
Disputes
Wage disputes can submit evidence, enter member votes and rulings; upheld amounts pay from the deposit.
Wallet
USDT and card top-ups; balance, freezes, payouts, withdrawals all leave a ledger trail.
Warnings
Black-company and bad-seeker channels for community alerts — for reference; use your own judgment.
When money is involved, agree the rules before the work starts.
Commission tasks are for deeper collaboration: employers fund referrals for candidates; the platform holds the money through the process so neither side has to bet on character alone.
Funds freeze first
Publishing a commission post freezes deposit by amount (members may use waiver quota); locked after signing — neither side can move it early.
Status visible to both
Apply, approve, sign, progress, payout — every step has clear status and records, not chat archaeology.
Disagreement has an exit
Cancel needs both parties; if stuck, staff can step in; long silence from one side will not freeze the flow forever.
Four channels with clear roles — one bot that gets things done.
We distribute via Facebook, Xiaohongshu, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Discord, Reddit and thousands of communities to feed channels with new roles and talent around the clock. Browse channels for content; come back to the bot to search, publish, or collaborate.
Three steps — no learning curve.
Open the bot
DM the assistant and pin the chat — every feature starts here.

- Pick type and paste full copy; the platform builds the card and anonymous ID.
- Confirm preview and publish; extras can go in channel comments.
- Update, repost, or delete under “My posts”.
4. Apply to connect
- From a channel post tap “Apply” to jump to the bot; add a short intro.
- Neither side sees contacts before approval.
- After the other party agrees, both see usable contact info.
5. Commission tasks & company deposits
- When posting, enable a commission task with amount and payout conditions; the system freezes deposit by amount.
- They apply → you approve → both sign → deposit locks → apply for payout when met.
- Employers can also pay a company deposit; amount and validity show on the job card.
- Refunds have clear rules: commission holds follow post/trade status; company deposits wait until the last hiring post is 3 months old.
6. Wage disputes
- Talk to the other party first; set a clear settlement date.
- If stuck, open “Member center → Wage dispute help” and fill counterparty, amount, and story.
- Send chat logs, offer messages, transfer proofs to the bot — more complete is better.
- The platform notifies the other side for equal evidence, then publishes for member votes.
- Staff rule from evidence and votes; upheld amounts pay from their company deposit to your balance.
We are just getting started — but the rules came first.
Remote199 launched recently and is not large yet. We chose to finish the hard parts first — deposits, escrow, evidence, votes, payouts — things platforms usually bolt on after they grow. Early members’ questions get real attention; trust records you build here stay valid. If you want remote work to feel more decent, welcome aboard.
