【Responsibilities】

跟踪平台数据表现，持续优化内容方向、发布时间及互动策略。
结合社群、KOC/KOL、渠道合作等形式，提升品牌曝光和用户引流效率。
熟悉平台风险边界，在合规前提下推进内容传播与引流动作。
【Requirements】
3 年以上海外社媒、外网运营或出海内容平台相关经验。
熟悉 Twitter、Instagram、Telegram 等平台规则、调性及传播机制。
具备明确的引流意识，有账号引流、社群沉淀或转化承接经验。
执行力强，具备良好的数据分析能力、协作沟通能力和推动落地能力。
【加分项】
有外网 KOL/KOC、社群、媒体或渠道合作资源。
