【Responsibilities】
负责平台内容相关视频的二次创作剪辑及封面设计工作；
能够独立完成优质内容的识别、筛选、采集及二创制作；
根据运营需求完成日常视频剪辑、包装及视觉优化工作；
持续提升内容呈现效果，把控视频节奏、画面质感及封面点击吸引力；
按时完成每日基础工作任务，具备良好的执行力与配合意识。
【Requirements】
具备视频剪辑与封面设计能力，拥有一定美术基础、审美能力及画面表达能力；
具备 2-3 年相关工作经验，能够独立完成精彩片段剪辑及封面设计；
熟练使用 PR、PS、AI、AE、剪映等设计及剪辑软件，熟悉常用视频后期制作流程；
具备较强的内容敏感度，能够独立完成素材筛选、整理与内容优化；
对相关内容赛道有一定了解，能够判断内容质量并挖掘优质素材；
