你不是简单地管理群聊，而是负责把一个个群变成有归属感的圈子，成为用户与平台之间最有温度的连接。
负责有局 App 社群体系建设及日常运营。
招募、维护及管理局头（活动组织者），协助其开展活动。
建立并维护微信群、校园群及兴趣社群，提升用户活跃度。
策划线上、线下社群活动，提高用户留存及参与度。
维护社区秩序，及时处理用户问题及活动纠纷。
与内容、商务团队协作，推动平台增长。
喜欢与人沟通，乐于组织活动。
能主动发现问题并推动解决。
【Requirements】
本科及以上学历，在英国有 home bar 局头娱乐经验。
具备较强的组织协调能力和执行能力。
热爱社交，熟悉年轻用户群体。
