【Requirements】
极度了解 PC 软硬件运行原理与 Windows 系统架构（尤其是注册表、运行库、各主流杀软机制），有技术客服、IT 运维或 PC 单机游戏发行技术支持经验；
情绪稳定，极具耐心与服务意识，能承受大量重复性的基础咨询及偶尔的负面情绪宣泄；
中英双语文字表达专业且富有温度，能熟练使用各类客诉管理软件系统。
