【Responsibilities】
负责集团项目和部门项目的计划制定、进度驱动和跟踪、风险识别以及应对，确保项目按计划完成；
统筹产品-工程-研发团队协作，协调需求对接、资源分配优化、质量管控及敏捷迭代保障全流程；
及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险；挖掘项目痛点，提升整体协作和交付效率。
项目执行过程中，能根据标准实施方法论，制定项目排期时间并执行，项目交付后，组织复盘。产出最近实践文档。
【Requirements】
计算机、通讯、人工智能、电子或相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上互联网项目管理经验；有 AI 类项目管理经验更佳；
至少 3 年项目管理工作经验。
具体后台软件开发/测试相关工作背景，熟悉常用开发技术栈列如gopythonjavaReactVue3TypeScript掌握企业 IT 架构和业务系统认知，能够在不同业务场景下输出相关解决方案。
