【Responsibilities】
负责 AI 应用产品的设计与开发，将大模型能力（对话、检索、Agent、多模态等）落地到实际业务场景中；
搭建和优化 RAG、Agent 工作流、Prompt 工程等核心链路，持续提升应用的效果、稳定性与响应速度；
对接内部平台与外部模型服务，完成 API 集成、数据处理、效果评估与迭代优化；
参与 AI 能力的工程化建设，包括服务部署、性能调优、监控告警与成本控制；
与产品、算法、业务团队协作，快速验证想法并推动从 Demo 到生产环境的交付。
【Requirements】
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上软件开发经验；
扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握 Python / Go / Node.js 中至少一种，有完整的后端或全栈项目交付经验；
熟悉主流大模型的能力边界与调用方式，有实际调用 大模型 API 或本地部署模型开发应用的经验；
了解 RAG、向量检索、Prompt 工程的基本原理，能独立完成相关功能开发；
