【Responsibilities】
负责手游及内容平台的广告素材设计与制作静态图、GIF、短视频、信息流素材、原生广告、开屏广告等。
根据投放需求与产品定位，拆解卖点并转化为高点击率的视觉表现。
针对不同投放渠道的审核规则，输出「尺度分级版」素材（严格版 / 合规版 / 高转化版），配合买量团队通过审核。
【Requirements】
必须熟练运用 AI 生图工具（Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI / Flux / 即梦 至少 3 款），具备扎实的提示词、LoRA、Checkpoint 使用能力。
会使用至少一款 AI 视频生成工具（Runway / Kling / MiniMax 海螺 / 即梦视频 / Sora / Pika 等），能输出 15 秒以内的短视频素材。
【加分项】
2 年以上手游 / 信息流 / 买量广告素材经验（有真实投放数据案例者优先）。
必须对二次元文化具备真实理解，手游玩家优先考虑。
