How the rule works

• Apply fee amounts follow the live catalog below (and what the bot shows before you pay).
• Charge timing is admin-configured: usually on submit; optionally on accept; or off (price shown only).
• Recruitment posts with a company deposit may use deposit tiers for apply fees; otherwise the base recruitment apply fee applies.
• Rewards pay only when the publisher accepts; reject / cancel / zero charge → no reward.
• Rewards credit the publisher wallet for posting, messaging, or withdrawal per platform rules.

Numbers below come from current platform settings. When an admin changes prices or the reward percent, this page updates automatically — no constant database polling.

• Write clear roles: remote, pay, headcount, requirements — good posts attract better applications.
• Handle applications promptly: accept or politely decline beats silence.
• Company deposits build trust and may change apply-fee tiers for your posts.

Notes for applicants

• Apply fees reduce spam and fund a serious-communication loop.
• When you are accepted, the publisher also shares in that connection — that is intentional.
• The bot always shows the amount before charging; insufficient balance blocks submit.
